What we do has greater impact than what we say the lemon way

          The journey to Kalapather in the Mount Everest region started after we conducted the "Comedy on Top" campaign for Center Fruit. This campaign was tagged along with winners from Comedy Base Camp, a program on MTV India, and the Comedy on Top digital campaign in Nepal.

          The journey included a trek to Everest Base Camp at 5,340 meters and a program at Kalapather at 5,600 meters. This must have been the first-ever comedy show at Kalapather and at such an altitude. The trek lasted nine days, starting from Lukla and passing through Pakdhing, Namche, Dingbouche, Loubuche, Gorekshep, and finally reaching Kalapather. The journey was filled with physical, mental, and weather challenges, yet it was an opportunity to find joy through humor with the best companions, guided by experienced mountaineers.

         We started with a nationwide digital reality campaign call-out, selecting the best participants and taking them to the top of the world. This was an opportunity for Center Fruit to explore at an extreme level and showcase the teamwork needed to achieve this objective.

     Set Wet hair gel was launched with new packaging, and to make an impact, we created the "Set Wet Style Star" campaign. This campaign was launched with a themed music flash mob at Lalitpur Durbar Square, featuring over 50 dancers.

      To connect with our target group, we activated 115 colleges and 120 hotspots, along with conducting self-development classes in the Kathmandu Valley. Additionally, we carried out 20 mall activations where over 50,000 hair stylings were performed.The Set Wet Style Star campaign was successfully conducted yearly for the next 5 years, achieving greater targets each time.

         In the early days of Lemon, we initiated a rural behavior change campaign for Unilever's Sunsilk. According to a study, rural customers predominantly used soap for hair washing. With Unilever's objective to educate the community about the best uses of shampoo, we launched Haat Bazaar activations across Nepal.

          In 2008/09, we conducted a test campaign in several quarters and regions, completing over 80,000 hair washes. Encouraged by the success and insights from these initial activations, we conducted a larger Haat Bazaar campaign in 2010/11 with a target of 400,000 hair washes over a six-month period. We successfully achieved 408,000 hair washes, deploying 16 teams, each consisting of 10 members, who operated makeshift salons across Nepal.

           "Dai" is a commonly used word in Nepal to refer to an elder brother, from whom youngsters often learn. To communicate with remote Ncell customers who have limited knowledge about Ncell's VAS services, which are popular in the cities, we created a flip chart to share learning through "Dais" with customers.

            We launched a door-to-door program called "Ncell Dai" and selected 120 Dais from 6 zones. These Dais were trained about Ncell services and equipped with handouts to visit houses in the hilly landscapes of the Rapti, Bheri, Gandaki, Dhaulagiri, Seti, and Mahakali zones.Through this program, we reached out to 150,000 houses, generated over 150,000 conversations, and spread awareness about Ncell's services and offers

       The Hero Xpulse bike created a new consumer segment for Hero, with its design catering to both off-road and on-road capabilities and style. Youngsters were eager to buy one to fulfill their desire to tour various wonderful spots in Nepal.

       Understanding this interest, we started the "Hero Explore with Xpulse" program. Through this campaign, we conducted over 20 exploration rider tours, with more than 50 riders participating in each event across various markets in Nepal. Notable places included Sarankot, Namo Buddha, Hille, and Nagarkot.

        The Lomanthang Edition was a special annual program, offering 50 lucky riders the chance to journey to the Lomanthang region. This journey, reaching 3,840 meters and passing by Jomsom, Muktinath, and the Korolla Border at 4,500 meters, showcased some of Nepal's most breathtaking landscapes and cultural treasures.

          Asian Paints Dream Home Contest is an online to offline consumer connect program with objective of building followers for new fb page, over 100K FB page likes in short span, with over 700+ home entries in 6 months period. 

        700 Newly painted homes entries were digitally posted in the newly created social media in a time span of 6 months. This campaign was communicated with omni channel with a effective sales force from Asian Paints team.

         Program included 50 houses visit by top architects PAN Nepal, 10 houses visit by Singer Nima Rumba, Star Actress Karishma Manandhar , Comedy star  Rabi Dongol – with a grand celebration and gala night at premium venue at Kathmandu and distribution of big prizes to the smart consumer of Asian Paints.

            The "Samsung Black Pink Dance Festival" was held in Kathmandu, Nepal in 2020. The event attracted numerous K-Pop enthusiasts, with hundreds of entries submitted for the contest.

             The top 10 dance troupes were given the opportunity to showcase their dance performances on a prominent stage, and various gift hampers were awarded.

                "Dabur Real School of Nepal" was initiated in 2012 and has since become the largest school-level competition in Nepal. It began with participation from 100 schools in 2012, and each year, the number of participating schools has grown. Currently, over 500 schools, including 3000 students, compete in various streams for the title.

             The Sprite "Smart" or "Not" roadshow took place at 40 hotspots across Nepal, from east to west. The legendary Nepali rapper Yama Buddha performed at the event with his crew. We reached over 100,000 audience members, and 10,000 gifts were distributed.

         January 2014, Kathmandu witnessed the exclusive and splendid party ever in its history- The Blacklist. The party was the global celebration of Johnnie Walker Black Label, and to mark its “Join the Pact“ campaign launch to “Never Drink & Drive”. The party also witnessed Mika Hakkinen, 2 times F1 champion, a global Johnny Walker Ambassador of join the pact campaign, and national celebrities and VIPs. Over 600 guests attended the party.
